CSP and Federal Reserve closures for 2025
On dates that the Federal Reserve is closed, the banks are also closed. These dates are not considered business days when calculating the lead time for ACH deposits. In many cases, this will require you to process payroll one day earlier. Otherwise, you can arrange short notice payment using wired funding by contacting us at client.success@csphcm.com.
When CSP is noted as On Call, we will have HR and Payroll team members monitoring the Client Success inbox throughout the day. However, they will respond to urgent, time-sensitive requests only on these dates. The team will respond to all other requests the following business day.
