Chatbot Support: Quickest Responses

Get quick answers to FAQs and simple how-tos

CSP has implemented an Automated Chatbot to assist with quick and timely support for our clients. This Chatbot (located at the bottom right of this page) is trained with Frequently Asked Questions, job aides, and other content. 

The Chatbot is always available and is the quickest way to get questions answered. While it cannot answer every question, we will continuously train the Chatbot, based on client questions and updates to the UKG Ready platform, to make sure it provides the best possible responses.
