How to access self-paced learning and job aides
With an ever-expanding course catalog, UKG Ready's Learning Center is built directly into the platform. When you're logged into your system, navigate to My Info > Help > Learning Center, or type Learning Center into the Search Bar.
The Learning Center content is customized based off the role selected in the assigned security profile, so a Company Administrator would have access to all content, while an Employee will only have access to content targeted at their role.
If a new employee is unable to access the Learning Center, they may be trying to do so too early. The provisioning period is 3 days, so once an employee logs in for the first time, it will take 3 days for the Learning Center to appear in their profile.
