Mike has spent a number of years at Paychex, ADP, Oasis, Ceridian and iSolved HCM respectively throughout his 28-year career. He has been part of each growth segment with these companies, and while having great success has always envisioned a different experience for clients and a new way of delivering business. Through engagement and collaboration under his direction, these will be the pillars of success for Collaboration Software Partners, LLC.
Originally from Rochester, New York, Mike now resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and grown children. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and watching SEC football.

Her strengths across the scope of HR include payroll, benefits, compliance, accounting, M&A, change management, and business partnership. She has been a department of one and a leader of many. Beyond the confines of HR, Mary spent over 6 years in business leadership, including nearly 5 years as the General Manager at a franchise business, managing all daily operations. She also has infinite energy for continuous improvement, particularly through the application and optimization of technology and data analytics working alongside the people who make the organization all come together.
Mary is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources by HRCI and a Senior Certified Professional by SHRM. She holds a Master of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Lasell University outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Mary lives with her husband, two sons, and three cats in the Chicago area. While she spends the majority of her free time with her family, she enjoys reading, playing video games, baking, and enjoying a good show.

He takes pride in his understanding of Federal, State, and local employment taxes and continues to proactively stay abreast of current tax regulations and laws. David enjoys using a creative approach to create processes that simplify the tax filing process and ensure accuracy.
David lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and young son where he was born and raised. He is a Manchester United fan, golfer, guitar player, and outdoorsman. He is an avid listener who enjoys solving problems in real time. David prides himself on his trustworthy, honest, and good spirited nature.
She utilizes her years of experience in HR, benefits eligibility, reconciliation, and ACA management to ensure our clients have a streamlined experience that helps eliminate manual processes and guesswork that are often part of day-to-day in the benefits realm.
Trinity joined CSP in 2021 and values our concept of having an implementation team that transitions into support for our clients. As a previous client end user, the value in having one team that understands the original setup vs ongoing change is an invaluable part of CSP.
During her free time, Trinity frequently travels to her home state and visits her daughter. She also enjoys gaming, cosplay, camping and reading.
